Shipping policy

Delivery: We deliver all over Pakistan through Leopard Courier. Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours on working days, and delivery usually takes 2–5 working days depending on your city.

Charges: Delivery charges, if any, are shown before you confirm your order. Free-delivery offers, when available, are announced on the home page.

Cash on Delivery: 100% Cash on Delivery is available nationwide. Please keep the exact amount ready so the courier can hand over your parcel quickly.

Tracking: You will receive a tracking number by SMS or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched. You can also track your order on the Track Your Order page.

Delays: Weather, strikes or courier backlogs can occasionally cause delays. If your parcel has not arrived within 7 working days, contact us with your order number and we will follow up with the courier.
