Refund policy

7-Day Exchange: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and the invoice included.

Non-refundable items: China-imported items are not covered by warranty and are non-refundable. Sale and clearance items are exchange-only. Hair oil and other personal-care products cannot be returned once opened, for hygiene reasons.

How to start: Contact us on WhatsApp or via the Contact Us page with your order number and photos of the item. Once approved, we arrange a reverse pick-up through Leopard Courier. Exchanges are shipped after the returned item passes inspection.

Refunds: Approved refunds are issued to your bank account or mobile wallet within 5–7 working days after inspection. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded the same way.
